Join the Dreiländergiro-Community!

The legend continues!
Therefore, we are searching for 3000 ambitious cyclists, who are ready to face the Dreiländergiro Challenge.
Join us and celebrate with us, our 30th anniversary edition!
We look forward to each and every one of you!

Our starting field:

We are proud enough to say the following: "we have the most likeable contenders in the world! :)"
Of course, it is difficult to measure such a statement, but our personal experience confirms this claim.
Our community is made up of very ambitious, all the way to "easy-going amateur" athletes. But one thing unites as all: The passion for Cycling!
Therefore, the focus at the Dreiländergiro is not about the winners of the races, but rather to enjoy this unique and top-class experience, surrounded by the beautiful nature of three different countries.

The number of participants just amazes us! 3000 people are simply twice as many people as the entire population of Nauders.
We are also looking forward to numerous nations again (last year there were 42 different nationalities on the start-line). Additionally, we also welcome a very diverse starting-field. In 2022, our oldest finisher was 76 years of age, whilst our youngest just had his 16th birthday ahead of him.
However, we are still waiting for the ladies to show their ambitions, emotions and perseverance at the Dreiländergiro.

Sign-Up 2024:

For each of the two routes, we have three ticket categories.
The "early bird" category is the cheapest, followed by the "standard category", and the "last minute category."
As soon as the previous ticket category is sold out, the next one opens automatically. Therefore, it pays to book early! Both routes are limited to a maximum of 1500 participants.

Dreiländergiro "Early Bird" Ticket:
85,00€ + 3,90€ Service-fee
Dreiländergiro "Standard" Ticket:
90,00€ + 3,90€ Service-fee
Dreiländergiro "Last-Minute" Ticket:
95,00€ + 3,90€ Service-fee

Each finisher receives the following:

  • High quality finisher jersey
  • Goodie package
  • Aid stations on the course (for food and drink)
  • Digital finisher certificate
  • SMS Service (if specified at the registration)
  • Free participation in many side events

Important Information to the Sign-Up Process

When registration opens, there may be an increased waiting time during the registration process. Therefore, we ask you to comply with the following recommendations:

Repeatedly reloading the page can cause overloads!
Please be patient and do not reload the page. As soon as you have made it to the registration mask, your ticket will be reserved for the next 45 minutes, for you.

FAQs to the Sign-Up Process

Registration can only be done for 1 person per ticket.
IMPORTANT: Your email address can also only be used once for a registration. If the same email address is used for 2 registrations, an error message may prevent you from completing your registration

Phew... To be honest, we asked ourselves the same question. Our goal is to keep the entry fee as low as possible for you, while keeping the quality of the Dreiländergiro as high as usual. Having not made any entry fee adjustments since 2019, we are now faced with expense, which are 4 years later now, up to 17% higher.
Therefore, we were forced to adjust the entry fee, and we hope you understand the price increase of approximately 6%.

Registration officially opens on August 1st, 2022, at 8:00 A.M. There is no registration or waiting list in advance. As soon as the registration opens, the "first come, first served" approach will count. If you want a starting place in the first starting block, you have to be particularly fast. We are also quite proud about the fact that the first contingents are often sold out within a few days or weeks - but to be honest: we were never sold out on the first day of our registration opening, and that probably won't be the case this year either. So don't panic! ;)

This can be because of various reasons:

  • Server overload: If there are numerous users on the login page, the server may be overloaded for a short time. Then it will just be a matter of staying calm and resisting the temptation to reload the page (unfortunately, that's what causes the overload). If it still doesn't work, it's best to wait a few minutes and to try again later.
  • Double usage of your e-mail address: Is it possible that your e-mail address has already been used by someone else, to register? This is more common when registering with clubs, with close friends or as a couple. Our system only allows 1 registration per email address.
  • Time exceeded: After you have started the registration, your ticket will be reserved for 45 minutes. If you have exceeded this time, your reservation will be no longer valid, and the ticket purchase process must be restarted.
  • Mandatory fields not filled in: The mandatory fields of the registration must be filled in/confirmed in order to complete your registration. In addition, it is checked whether your age and your gender information math your age group. If this is not the case, an error message appears. Once you have corrected the error, the login should work.

Unfortunately, that is not possible. Unless you are a club/team and want to register more than 50 participants.
However, please write to us in advance, so that we can send you the correct template for the collective registration. If you are less than 50 participants, please register regularly and individually via the registration page of our ticketing partner, NTRY.

This is a bug that we haven't really been able to understand until today... Last year some participants were affected and we hope that the technology update has eliminated this error. However, should this error appear on your ticket, please send an email to service@dreilaendergiro.at and let us know which starting block you would like to start in.

You should receive your ticket by email immediately after your payment. If you pay by classic bank transfer, this can also take a few days after your transfer. In this case, we ask you for a little patience. The subject of this email is "Your ticket for Dreiländergiro 2023" and the sender is NTRY Ticketing: support@ntry.at. If you can't find the email, it's worth checking your spam folder first.

If you can't find anything there either, please email support@ntry.at. Please state directly in your email:

  • when you signed up
  • when you paid
  • which e-mail address you have given
  • Incidentally, with a classic bank transfer, it is important to state the correct purpose. Please check this again. If you find that you made a mistake, please also let the NTRY team know what purpose you gave.

Registration will be closed as soon as our contingent of 1500 participants per route is full. Last year, the first route was already fully booked in November and the second route in February. If there are still tickets available until the end, we will close the registration on May 21, 2023, latest.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your ticket. This is usually not a problem, as you can transfer your ticket to another person until shortly before the Dreiländergiro (May 21, 2023). We will open our service tool for transferring your ticket no later than January 1st, 2023. The transfer can be carried out very easily, but there is a processing fee of €10.00. However, if you unexpectedly have to cancel your participation after May 21, 2023, there is absolutely no way on our part to have your ticket transferred. Your ticket is also personal, i.e. only you can compete with your start number (ID check when the start number is issued, as well as occasional checks by the executive on the day of the event). Therefore, we strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance immediately after your registration. With the Europäischen Reiseversicherung, for example, this is possible from €4.00.

Unfortunately, no. Once the registration is closed, it will not be reopened.

The short answer: unfortunately no. A route change is only possible if there are still free spots for the desired route (see point "Route change"). After that, there are unfortunately no exceptions.
If there are still enough spots available on the route for which you are registered, your friends can switch to your route that is not yet fully booked. Otherwise, you only have the option of someone who wants to hand in his/her ticket on your desired route to take over the starting place and pass on your starting place. Our service tool for the transfer opens on January 1st, 2023 at the latest and remains open until May 21st, 2023.

Did you make a typo when registering or forgot to enter your club? Perhaps you have lost or gained a few kilos and would like to change your jersey size again?

Of course, this can happen from time to time, and that's why we want to make it easy for you to change your login data.
From January 1st, 2023 at the latest, we will bring our service page back to life. There, you simply select the menu item "Edit my booking data". You can change a large number of your registration data there. Since your starting place has of course been personalized for you, you cannot change your name. However, you can transfer your starting place to another person. More on this under "It's not yet certain whether I can definitely participate, is a refund possible or is there an alternative?"

To make the changes, you need your "ticket code". Your ticket code consists of 10 letters and can be found on the left side of your ticket under the QR code. The x1 at the end of the code is NOT part of the ticket code.

1st starting block:
We divide the first starting block according to the time of receipt of paid registrations. If you are among the first 150 cyclists to register and transfer the entry fee, you start in the first block.

If more than 150 participants pay at the same time, the receipt of your registration counts.

Start number 50 to 199: You are in the first starting block of the Stelvio Engadin route!
Start number 3050 to 3199: You are in the first starting block of the Stelvio Vinschgau route!

2nd and 3rd starting block:
You are not among the first 150 registrations, but you are an ambitious competitive athlete and would like to start at the top? Then simply indicate when registering that you would like to be part of the second or third starting block! The allocation to the front starting blocks is based on your desired finisher time. You will be shown the exact time limits for this when you register. However, your starting position does not entail any concrete advantages or disadvantages. We measure your net time at the Dreiländergiro, i.e. the time measurement only begins as soon as you roll over the starting mats. The starting blocks should only make the start a little smoother and reduce dangerous overtaking maneuvers.

The timing requirements for the Star Blocks are as follows:

STELVIO ENGADIN:
Starblock 2: target time under 6 hours
Starting Block 3: Target time between 6 and 7 hours
Starting block 4: finish time over 7 hours

STELVIO VINSCHGAU:
Starblock 2: target time under 5 hours
Starting Block 3: Target time between 5 and 6 hours
Starting block 4: finish time over 6 hours
